Job summary

Talentify in Hayward, CA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for employees in a manufacturing environment. The role covers desktops, laptops, printers, user accounts, network connectivity, and general IT troubleshooting.

• Experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or a similar role.
• Strong Windows and Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting PCs, laptops, printers, and common office technology.
• Basic understanding of networking, user accounts, and system permissions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working independently and supporting users with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Position Details
