Reunion Resort & Golf Club in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain IT systems across lodging, retail, and F&B, handling hardware, software, and network issues with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

You will respond to service requests onsite and remotely, perform installation and maintenance of IT equipment (POS, PCs, printers, network devices), assist with network configuration and security, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation while keeping

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field required.
IT experience of at least 3 years required; hospitality experience is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with POS systems, property management systems, and network infrastructure is desirable.
Ability to travel to various locations and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues at lodging, retail, and F&B locations.
Respond to service requests onsite and remotely to minimize downtime.
Perform onsite installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including PCs, peripherals, POS systems, and network devices.
Collaborate with remote teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless APs).
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure seamless onsite/remote communication.
