Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an IT Support Assistant in Guam (Tamuning) to help keep the company connected, productive, and secure. Responsibilities include software installation, hardware setup, CCTV maintenance, and end-user support.

You will handle daily help desk requests via the IT ticketing system, complete assigned projects, and perform QA tests while working indoors in office or server-room settings. Prior experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting PCs and related cabling.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with fundamental networking concepts and terminology.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for varied technical knowledge levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform software installs.
• Install hardware and software, including operating system, office apps, and CCTV.
• Provide technical and end user support.
• Daily help desk support via IT ticketing system and track open calls.
• Complete assigned projects and provide status reports to management.
• Perform quality assurance tests.
