D.L. Evans Bank is seeking an IT Support Technician to handle help desk support, load software, and assist with licensing and inventory. You will work with IT management and staff to maintain a robust IT environment and promote teamwork.

The role involves assisting corporate offices and other bank personnel, providing timely service, and maintaining records of issues and resolutions. On-site, customer-focused, and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience and/or training in computer hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Understanding of PC hardware and knowledge of program applications.
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Receives and prioritizes calls and emails from users and tracks problems.
• Provides first-line support to resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Loads and verifies software on new systems and assists with licensing.
• Maintains inventory, tracks resolutions, and provides user training as needed.
• Keeps management informed and logs all problems and outcomes.
