D.L. Evans Bank is seeking an Investment Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to the investment representative in the Magic Valley area.

The role handles paperwork, data entry, filing, and customer inquiries, and tracks client information in Excel. The assistant actively pursues licensing (life/health/disability and securities) and assists with opening, changing, and closing client documents, while maintaining confidentiality and professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent preferred
• Licensing including Series 66 strongly preferred
• Experience in financial services preferred
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic business equipment

Responsibilities

• Supports investment representative with administrative tasks
• Processes client paperwork for investment accounts (opening, changes, closing)
• Updates and maintains client files and databases
• Handles inquiries from investment customers in person or by phone
• Schedules appointments and maintains reporting and records
• Maintains confidentiality and professional conduct
