Million Dollar Baby Co. is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist to provide end-user support for associates, contractors, and visitors. You will manage tickets, triage Tier 1 requests, and maintain the internal knowledgebase while provisioning computers and supporting A/V systems.

The role requires 1–2 years of helpdesk experience, a basic grasp of hardware and networking, and a strong customer-service mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of helpdesk or IT support experience; warehouse IT support is a plus.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems.
• Experience provisioning and deploying computers.
• Strong customer service and deskside manner.
• Ability to troubleshoot and handle multiple requests efficiently.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal helpdesk support for MDB associates, contractors, and visitors.
• Respond to, record, track, and resolve tickets using our helpdesk system.
• Monitor, triage, and assign Tier 1 helpdesk requests.
• Maintain and update the internal IT knowledgebase.
• Create documentation for new issues or deployments.
• Provision and configure laptops/desktops (Windows 11, MacOS).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, or basic network issues for end-users.
• Support A/V setup for video conferencing (Zoom, Zoom Rooms) and room tech.
• Set up and tear down A/V equipment for company events.
• Assist with IT projects and research emerging technologies.
