Job summary

DonorConnect in Murray, UT is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for hardware and software issues, assist with Windows and Office 365 support, and help maintain printers, phones, and conference room tech.

You will document problem resolutions, analyze logs, and ensure timely and accurate responses while upholding our I CARE+ values of integrity, collaboration, accountability, respect, and expertise.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology or similar field preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in a similar position.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel; Windows and Office 365 support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level IT support for hardware and software issues.
• Install software and hardware as needed and move/maintain workstations and peripherals.
• Analyze logs and document problem resolution processes; ensure timely resolution.
• Support for hybrid workforce solutions and conference room technology.
