DCI Donor Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic IT Support Specialist to join our Albuquerque team. This role supports laptops, applications, servers, networks, and technical systems, serving as the first point of contact for software and hardware help.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on IT experience, expertise with Windows OS, Office 365 administration, and Active Directory. On-site employment with strong customer service and problem-solving skills preferred.

Qualifications

• IT-related associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years hands-on IT experience supporting servers, desktops, laptops, and systems in a business environment.
• 3+ years installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PC and server operating systems (MS Windows, Office).
• Experience in Windows OS, Office 365 Admin (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD) and Windows Server 2012-2019 preferred.
• Technical service, IP networking (VLANS, subnets, routing), AD security and policy, antivirus administration, Windows updates, imaging for deployment.
• Relevant IT certifications preferred; strong knowledge of Microsoft OS, Office apps, and AD; general network/server administration.

Responsibilities

• Fields and prioritizes multiple Help Desk requests, creates, and closes out tickets, and documents solutions.
• Assists in the administration, contracts, licensing, and inventory of laptops, applications, servers, networks, and technical systems of DCIDS.
• Acts as a resource and engages DCIDS staff in developing and implementing application and technological process changes at a staff level.
• Provides individual and group instruction or training, as needed.
• Maintains a working knowledge of industry standards to recommend and update information systems policies, procedures, diagrams, and documentation.
• Provides excellent customer service to all staff and works without direct supervision to handle internal customer issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
