The position focuses on phone-based technical support for software and hardware, with occasional travel for new office setups. A degree and some IT Help Desk experience are encouraged to apply, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support over the phone for software and hardware issues or upgrades.
• Monitor and diagnose computer systems; install and configure hardware and software; resolve faults.
• Set up new user accounts for employees nationwide; order and replace parts as needed.
• Travel about twice a year to assist with new office setups and related tasks.
