Job summary

Responsibilities

• Install hardware and peripherals (monitors, keyboards, printers, scanners).
• Load operating systems and office applications.
• Provide telephone, in-person and online end-user support.
• Imaging and building workstations and laptops.
• Patch user machines and servers.
• Assist in Active Directory user changes and maintenance.
