Qualifications

• 2 years’ IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Associate’s degree in computer technology or related field, certification, or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot and repair PCs and laptops.
• Maintain and administer computer networks and connected devices.
• Respond to escalated helpdesk tickets requiring problem solving.
• Manage IT inventory and related tasks.
