Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to monitor, install, and maintain computers, networks, and software. You will resolve issues and support end users across locations, collaborating with the IT team to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates bring 2 years of IT support experience, an associate degree in computer technology, and strong Office 365/AD proficiency. This on-site role requires organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

  • 2 years IT support or helpdesk experience.
  • Associate’s degree in computer technology or related field, certification, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365 products; Active Directory; Windows PCs and laptops.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills across all levels.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional weekends or off-hours.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair PCs and laptops.
  • Maintain and administer computer networks and connected devices.
  • Respond to escalated helpdesk tickets requiring complex problem solving.
  • Manage IT inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by IT leadership.
