Doma Technology LLC is seeking an IT Specialist to provide responsive support across our technology environment. This early-career role focuses on Tier 1 requests with opportunities to assist Tier 2, from onboarding to offboarding, while documenting learnings and escalating complex issues.

The role offers structured training, mentoring, and exposure to Information Technology and Cybersecurity in a growing support model with AI-enabled automations.

Qualifications

• Approximately one to two years of experience in IT support or help desk.
• Foundational knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose issues and explain next steps clearly.
• Service-oriented approach with empathy and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for IT requests via Freshservice, email, Teams, and phone.
• Troubleshoot Tier 1 issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and access.
• Assist with Tier 2 issues under guidance and document outcomes.
• Provide courteous, discreet support to all employees, including executives.
