The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of IT experience, strong Windows and AD skills, and familiarity with Sage 100 and Relias. This on-site position requires strong problem-solving, communication, and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in IT support.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• Experience with Sage 100 and Relias preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AD basics.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Improve support systems and processes with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and inventory.
• Onboard new hires with device setup and training.
• Manage device lifecycle and security enrollment (MDM, Windows 11).
• Maintain office infrastructure: WiFi, printers, conferencing gear.
• Develop clear technical guides and automate repetitive tasks.
• Provide setup for AV and live events and support.
