Job summary

Friedman Real Estate LLC is seeking an IT Specialist in Farmington Hills, MI for front-line technical support with a project focus. You will handle escalated tickets, manage device lifecycle, onboard users, and contribute to infrastructure and security initiatives.

The role requires 2–3 years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and networking basics, plus experience with Intune/SCCM and Zendesk. Travel to properties in the metro area is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT support experience in a corporate environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP).
• Experience with a ticketing system and defined SLAs.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM).
• Strong communication skills; able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
• Willingness to travel to properties in the metro area; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated support tickets for hardware, software, network, and access issues within Zendesk queue and SLAs.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: imaging, deployment, and support of Windows devices through Intune, and management of the iOS device fleet.
• Perform user onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, licensing, group membership, device provisioning, and access removal.
• Perform day-to-day administration of Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Support MFA, conditional access, and endpoint security tools, and escalate security events to the appropriate team.
• Provide remote and on-site support for property management and construction staff in the field.
• Support conference room AV, printers, phones, and physical access control systems.
• Document resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles.
• Complete assigned tasks on infrastructure, migration, and security project.
