Liberty Resources in Syracuse, NY is seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist to provide frontline technical support across the organization. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365 issues while delivering exceptional customer service to help our mission-driven team thrive.

You will manage desktops, laptops, and peripherals, assist with Intune/Autopilot provisioning, and support collaboration tools like Webex Calling.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of help desk, desktop support, or IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Valid New York State driver's license required.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Freshservice, Intune, Windows Autopilot, AD, Entra ID preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person and remote technical support for computers, mobile devices, printers, and other technology.
• Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets, service requests, and user issues.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Assist with Windows 11 provisioning using Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Support user account management, onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues.
• Assist users with Webex Calling and collaboration tools.
• Document solutions and maintain accurate support records.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining excellent customer service.
