Job summary

Truxton in Nashville seeks an IT Support Technician to serve as the frontline for employee technology issues, covering workstations, software, mobile devices, printers, telephony, and remote connectivity. You will assist with onboarding and offboarding, maintain records, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to IT documentation and cybersecurity awareness.

The role supports day-to-day IT operations, enables smoother employee experiences, and helps improve processes across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent IT experience.
Strong customer service mindset with professional communication.
Ability to diagnose issues, gather facts, and document findings to resolution.
Detail-oriented and organized with multi-ticket management.
Comfortable working independently and with internal teams, vendors, and leaders.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline IT support for hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, and connectivity.
Troubleshoot, resolve requests, and coordinate escalations with vendors or MSPs.
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and equipment setup; manage user access changes.
Maintain records for technology assets, support requests, and procedures.
Support cybersecurity, audits, training, and documentation initiatives.
