Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS environments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user provisioning, and password management.
• Basic networking, remote connectivity, and VPN troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests across channels.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, network, and account issues.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, provisioning devices and access.
• Maintain ticket documentation and ensure SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve multi-layered issues.
