Job summary

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties is seeking an Information Technology Assistant to provide technical support across our organization. You’ll help keep our systems running by supporting staff, troubleshooting equipment and software, maintaining user accounts, and assisting with network and cybersecurity needs.

This is a role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, technology, and helping others within a mission-driven human services organization.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Computer Science or related field or two years information systems experience.
Familiar with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; able to work with third-party software.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; able to explain technical issues to staff.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support for staff.
Troubleshoot and repair computers, printers, software, and peripherals; manage user accounts.
Maintain system checks, coordinate with vendors, and assist with cybersecurity needs.
