The candidate will manage user accounts, deployments, and on-site support while maintaining meticulous logs, improving processes, and ensuring timely responses in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of work experience in an information technology position.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or IT certs preferred.
• Friendly, cheerful, and patient with good coaching skills.
• Able to work in a team or independently with good attention to detail.
• Able to translate technical concepts into layman's terms; strong problem-solving.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and software; meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and handle technology support requests, prioritizing and managing tickets.
• User account setup and maintenance in Active Directory, O365, and proprietary systems.
• Provide IT support via email, chat, phone, and onsite.
• Create detailed work logs and process documentation in the ticketing system.
• Perform system deployments from single users to organization-wide rollouts.
• Move/add/change to systems across departments and branches.
• Maintain inventory of assets and surplus equipment.
• Research, evaluate and recommend new technologies and improvements.
• Keep CIO informed on tasks and progress; participate in rotating on-call duties.
