Job summary

Tech Partners is recruiting for an IT Support Specialist in the Broken Arrow area, offering an opportunity for a recent IT graduate or early-career professional with 2-3 years of IT support experience to work in a modern enterprise technology environment with a mission-driven organization.

You’ll join a collaborative IT team and provide frontline technical support, manage service requests, assist with device deployment, and gain exposure to cloud technologies and endpoint management tools.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; OR equivalent professional experience
• 2-3 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for IT support requests
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
• Manage and resolve tickets through an advanced service management platform
• Support Windows and macOS users in a cloud-first environment
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and user support
• Help manage and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune
• Support cloud infrastructure and connectivity solutions, including RapidScale and SD-WAN technologies
• Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities
• Document solutions, procedures, and support activities
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a positive technology experience
• Participate in cross-training and ongoing learning opportunities
