Job summary

Kids for the Future is seeking a Tech Support Specialist II to provide advanced technical support across hardware, software, networking, and mobile devices. The role requires troubleshooting enterprise systems, assisting with admin tasks, and mentoring junior staff.

In-office schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday at 6111 East Skelly Drive, Tulsa, OK 74135. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of enterprise IT support, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
3–5 years of enterprise IT technical support experience.
Experience with Windows OS and enterprise applications.
IT certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, networking, telecommunications, and mobile devices.
Serve as escalation point for incidents and service requests that cannot be resolved through frontline support.
Troubleshoot and resolve advanced operating system, application, and connectivity problems.
Assist with system administration tasks including account management, permissions management, device management, software deployment, and system maintenance.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and support staff.
Participate in after-hours support, maintenance activities, and on-call responsibilities.
