The Horst Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support to employees across our organization, helping maintain workstations, software, and phone systems to keep operations running smoothly.

You will be proactive, service-oriented, and eager to expand technical expertise in a collaborative environment, delivering timely resolutions and clear communication to end users in Lancaster, PA.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in IT or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to The Horst Group and affiliated units.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and peripheral issues.
• Manage workstation imaging, deployment, and OS maintenance.
• Administer software deployment and updates.
• Support company phone systems and conferencing platforms.
• Document support activities and maintain records.
• Escalate complex issues as needed and coordinate with vendors.
