Job summary

Partners For Quality, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist - Level I to maintain computers, networks, connections and software across the organization. The role reports to the IT Operations Director and requires travel to multiple offices as needed.

The position emphasizes user support, hardware and software administration, and adherence to agency policies and regulations. A strong communication background and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and/or related field.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent references, both personal and professional.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Support end users across the entire organization.
• Support all software applications including installation, access and ongoing support.
• Support and manage end-user hardware across the entire organization.
• Travel to required offices and work sites as necessary.
• Assist the Director of IT Operations with other departmental functions and/or duties as assigned.
• Train new employees on hardware and software and provide on-going training as needed.
• Provide technical and troubleshooting support (help desk) for end users.
• Understanding of, and compliance with, all Agency Policies and Procedures, and all Federal, State and County service line regulations.
• Assure IT compliance across the Corporation and its subsidiaries; participate in quality improvement; ensure IT is responsive to needs; display teamwork.
