Job summary

Partners For Quality, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist - Level I to provide end-user support across the organization, cover software and hardware needs, and travel to offices as required.

The role supports the IT Operations Director and includes training new staff, troubleshooting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate holds an associate degree in IT/CS, has strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science and/or related field.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Act 33, 34 and FBI Clearances.

Responsibilities

• Support end users across the organization.
• Support all software applications including installation, access and ongoing support.
• Support and manage end-user hardware across the organization.
• Travel to required offices and work sites as necessary.
• Assist the Director of IT Operations with other departmental functions and/or duties as assigned.
• Train new employees on hardware and software and provide on-going training as needed.
• Provide technical and troubleshooting support (help desk) for end users.
• Understanding of, and compliance with, all Agency Policies and Procedures, and all Federal, State and County service line regulations.
• Assure IT compliance and participate in quality improvement efforts.
