Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide end-user support across the organization. This role handles helpdesk tickets, phone and onsite assistance, and collaborates with IT peers to drive projects to completion.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience troubleshooting Windows PC issues.
1+ year of experience providing end-user support.
Must be detail oriented and passionate about technology.
Must strive to deliver excellent end-user experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support to all employees.
Diagnose and resolve end-user and PC issues.
Ensure the new hire and separation processes are completed.
Manage equipment and software inventory including decommissioning old equipment.
Develop and update knowledge base articles on frequent issues.
Collaborate with IT Manager, Systems Engineers, and Administrators on projects.
Participate in an on-call rotation for critical end-user support.
