You will provide phone and on-site support, troubleshoot a wide range of issues, and assist with inventory and security patches. The role requires strong customer service, clear communication and the ability to work with multiple government staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical support experience.
• Clear communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
