TaskUs in San Antonio, TX is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver frontline technical help for hardware, software, and network issues. You will set up devices for new hires and ensure systems run smoothly, with focus on speed and accuracy.

You will be the first point of contact for end users, troubleshoot problems, reinforce security, and assist with IT projects. A Bachelor's degree and ITIL or related certs are preferred; BPO experience is a plus.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, macOS.
• Understanding of computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving common software and hardware issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively assist and communicate with end-users.
