Prysm Corporation is seeking an IT Support Technician II to deliver advanced technical support within a fast-paced MSP environment. You will troubleshoot complex issues, administer Windows and Mac devices, manage VoIP systems, and maintain robust documentation for clients.

The role emphasizes standardized processes, remote connectivity, and collaboration to ensure reliable IT and VoIP solutions for clients in the Nashville area.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT support experience in a fast-paced MSP or similar environment.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and cloud-based security policies.
• VoIP support experience including SIP, PBX, and call routing.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to maintain knowledge bases.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level professional customer service with timely issue resolution.
• Serve as escalation point for Level 1 technicians on complex problems.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows, Mac, mobile, and VoIP devices and related apps.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft 365 environments and security policies.
• Document client systems, troubleshooting steps, and solutions; develop SOPs.
