Qualifications

• Prior experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
• Confident troubleshooting hardware and software across macOS and Windows.
• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with SSO/identity platforms (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) and endpoint-security tooling (CrowdStrike or similar).
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi, DNS) for connectivity triage.
• Solid grasp of security best practices: patching, least privilege, MFA, data protection.
• Strong customer-service orientation — you explain technical issues in plain language.
• Organized and self-directed: tickets, documentation, and follow-through don't slip.

Responsibilities

• Respond to IT support requests and triage incidents.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across macOS and Windows environments.

• Manage identity platforms (JumpCloud, Okta, Entra ID) and endpoint-security tooling.

Responsibilities:
