Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Sacramento, CA is seeking an entry-level IT Specialist to support local applications and hardware. The role is on-site five days a week with flexible start times and a standard 8-hour day.

Responsibilities include supporting RBG applications (RAS, Citrix, Print Shop), troubleshooting desktops, laptops, iPads, and A/V gear, managing end-user assets, and collaborating with IT teams. Occasional travel and on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 0–2 years of related experience, or HS diploma with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Must reside in Sacramento area; onsite 5 days a week.
• Willing to travel occasionally and use a personal vehicle with travel reimbursement.
• On-call during operational hours.

Responsibilities

• Support RBG applications including RAS software, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, Citrix, and iPad solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve local hardware and network issues on desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment.
• Manage end-user assets including setup, procurement, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with IT Service Center and other IT groups for rapid issue resolution.
• Provide incident & problem management reports via IT Service Center ticketing system.
• Assist with other projects or duties as assigned.

• Must reside within the Sacramento, CA area. This is a 5-day a week onsite support role.


• Schedule: Monday - Friday with flexible start times between 6-9am (Full Time: 8 hours daily, 40 weekly)


• Pay Range: $30.42 - $38.03/hourly, depending on experience (eligible for overtime compensation)


• Entry-level IT specialist position supporting our Sacramento location. Must be open to occasional travel, willing to use personal vehicle (travel reimbursement included), and required to be on call during operational business hours.

Position Responsibilities

• Support of RBG applications, including but not limited to RAS (Route Accounting & Settlement) software, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, Citrix, and iPad solutions for various location(s)


• Support, troubleshoot, and resolve local hardware and network issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment


• Manage and maintain end-user assets, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; oversee procurement, setup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management


• Work with IT Service Center and other IT groups to support issues with a high degree of responsiveness; provide efficient escalation of issues where appropriate to IT team members


• Provide accurate incident & problem management reporting as required by using IT Service Center ticketing system


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Associate’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 3 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
