Job summary

Automated Health Systems is seeking an IT Specialist to support technology infrastructure, system operations, and IT initiatives in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

You will manage infrastructure, coordinate IT activities, monitor performance, and collaborate with internal and external technology teams to improve systems, security, and data management. The role also involves installation and maintenance of software, reporting, and contributing to IT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 3+ years of IT management or systems support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Experience with system infrastructure and integrations preferred.
