Responsibilities

• Answers calls or tickets to support end users with applications, hardware, software, and networking.

• Reads manuals, confers with users, or conducts diagnostics to resolve problems.
• Installs hardware and software as needed.
• Builds, maintains and deploys PC images using appropriate tools.
• Creates end user documentation and knowledge base articles, or trains users.
• Estimates workload and delivers high quality work within deadlines.
• Coordinates onboarding and offboarding of IT assets and user accounts.
• Suggests automation to improve efficiency and cost-savings.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot the computers, as well as all other applications and printers, to keep them at optimum performance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
