Job summary

TEKsystems in Clinton, IN is seeking an expert IT Support Technician for an onsite role supporting ~500 users and 200 devices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT support in a complex environment, preferably manufacturing, with strong HW/SW troubleshooting and experience with Windows 10/11, printers, MS Office and Teams.

The position is fully onsite with a small two-person team. You will close tickets, provide end-user support, and contribute to a reliable, proactive IT help-desk experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT Support experience in a complex environment.
• Manufacturing experience with 250+ users preferred.
• Self-motivated troubleshooter with strong user support skills.

Manufacturing site is also having workload and capacity issues related to ticket count and they need Support Technician to assist. They will work with a small team of 2 people supporting around 500 users and 200 devices. Need Sr. level Tech with strong HW and SW troubleshooting skills and will be responsible for closing tickets and handling End User Support tasks. Technical knowledge with W10, W11, setting up printers, troubleshooting devices, MS office and Teams is helpful.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
