ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our client’s team in Chico, CA. You will support client projects, installations, and ongoing troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues onsite and at client sites.

The role requires strong communication, customer focus, and the ability to travel regionally. Pay ranges from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, with benefits and weekly pay through ManpowerGroup.

• Strong understanding of how servers, PCs and Macs function on a network.
• Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem solving; ability to own responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; strong written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record for regional travel.

Responsabilidades

• Install and support hardware and software on network peripherals, Microsoft servers, and PC/Mac environments.
• Provide advanced technical support at the network level (WAN/LAN, routers, firewalls, security).
• Support onsite and remote installation and ongoing support for client solutions.
• Deliver Windows and Mac printing support, including print driver setup.
• Document work in tickets and configure in PSA and other systems.

Our client, a leading provider and implementor of cloud and server-based IT software solutions, is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will support client projects and implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, clear communication, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Chico, California (Onsite) + regional field travel to client sites

Pay Range: $24.00 to $28.00

What's the Job?

• Install and support hardware and software applications on network peripherals, Microsoft servers, and PC and Mac environments.
• Provide advanced technical support at the network level, including WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
• Support onsite and remote installation and ongoing support for hardware and software solutions for clients.
• Deliver Windows and Mac OS printing support, including print driver setup following best practices.
• Document work performed in tickets and create configurations in the PSA and other documentation systems.

What's Needed?

• Strong understanding of how servers, PC and Mac, firewalls, switches, and routers function on a network.
• Experience providing technical support with integrity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver license and good driving record for regional field travel to client sites.
