Summary

This position involves hands-on IT support and procurement tasks aimed at enhancing the studio's ability to deliver a world-class experience, particularly in the Age of Empires franchise. There is a chance for extension.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Studio Management, various Directors, and Leads to understand and act upon the studio’s IT-related needs.
• Perform PC hardware procurement, setup, and recycling.
• Field requests for information technology services, repairs, upgrades, support, inquiries, or complaints.
• Manage PC and parts inventory for the studio.
• Handle user account management.
• Provide IT support internally and externally to partner teams involved in game creation.
• Work with the larger IT teams to engage on best practices and work through technical concerns.

Qualifications

• 3 years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years in a procurement position. Prior experience in a game development studio is welcome but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with services such as Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps.
• Scripting language experience (Python, C#, or PowerShell) is a plus.
• Experience in supporting multiple OSes is a bonus.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
