NetVendor is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain technology assets, provide employee support, and help secure the company network. The role includes handling Windows and Mac workstations, servers, and networking equipment, plus onboarding new hires with laptop provisioning and account access.

Initial in-office work at our Tualatin location is required for 90 days, after which a hybrid option (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) may be approved by management.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience administering Windows and MacOS environments.
• Experience with cloud IT and network administration.
• Familiarity with security/governance tools like Endpoint Protection and MDM.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a growing team and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support via ticketing system, chat, and remote sessions.
• Maintain and provision workstations, servers, and networking equipment.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software; monitor security.
• Procure and deploy computer workstations; maintain asset inventory.
• Evaluate new technologies and monitor third-party IT vendors as directed.
