Job summary

The Management Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide remote and on-site technical support for employees across our corporate office, branch offices, and property locations in Vancouver, WA.

You’ll resolve help desk tickets, set up workstations, manage accounts, and support Microsoft 365 and Windows devices. Travel between company locations is expected to support teams where needed.

Qualifications

• One to two years of help desk, desktop support, or related IT experience.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Basic Active Directory and networking knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities.
• Willingness to travel between company locations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve help desk tickets for login, software, printer, device, and connectivity issues
• Set up computers, workstations, software, and equipment for employees
• Create and disable user accounts, mailboxes, and basic Active Directory access
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows devices, mobile devices, and business applications
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain clear ticket notes and IT documentation
• Travel to company locations when an issue cannot be resolved remotely
