Sun Tan City is seeking a full-time IT Service Desk Specialist in Elizabethtown, KY to deliver frontline IT support for end-users and internal systems. The role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and documentation, with opportunities to participate in system rollouts and training.

Qualifications

Customer service skills with a focus on satisfaction
Ability to diagnose and resolve common IT issues remotely or on-site
Strong communication, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office and basic network concepts

Responsibilities

Respond to IT service desk tickets and resolve issues or route to appropriate teams
Maintain documentation for break/fix reference and end-user guidance
Support SunLync POS and internal systems as needed
Assist with IT projects and new location setups
Provide after-hours on-call support as scheduled
Occasional travel to other locations for training or field support
