A staffing and consulting firm is seeking a candidate for a technical support role in Louisville, Kentucky. The ideal applicant will have experience with hardware and software technologies, provide excellent customer service, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing incident reports, troubleshooting, and improving technical skills. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. Responsibilities

• Use incident/problem management system to document, track, update and close case activities.
• Provide customers with technical assistance and guidance to prevent recurring problems.
• Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Improve and develop technical support skills.
• Perform administrative functions within the team.

What You'll Do

• Perform and understand how to correctly follow processes, procedures and standards within department
