Job summary

AWC, Inc. in Deer Park, TX is seeking an energetic IT Support Specialist to join our on-site team. You’ll provide end-user technical support for on-site and remote employees, deploy and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems, and maintain documentation in FreshService.

You’ll collaborate with IT Support and IT Infrastructure teams, uphold security and data protection, and deliver a high level of customer service with a growth mindset. Monday–Friday office role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or 1+ year helpdesk experience.
• Proficiency in hardware diagnostics and PC repair.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level end-user support for account access, email, and basic networking.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, peripherals, and software issues onsite and remotely.
• Deploy and support Windows and macOS across desktop and mobile devices.
• Maintain asset inventory and accurate support ticket records in FreshService.
• Protect systems and data following IT security, privacy, and compliance policies.
