Job summary

Palladyne AI seeks a Desktop Technician to support and maintain the end-user computing environment across the organization. This on-site role covers hardware deployment, software support, and workplace technology to ensure employees have the tools they need to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of end-user support, experience with Windows/macOS, and familiarity with Intune/Jamf/NinjaOne, plus strong customer service and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user hardware, software, and workplace technology support.
• Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems.
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf, NinjaOne).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and software applications.
• Build, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user computer systems and workplace technology.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and connectivity issues in Windows and macOS.
• Support endpoint management platforms and assist with device provisioning, software deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Assist with onboarding activities, including workstation setup and new hire technology orientation.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
• Support endpoint security initiatives, software updates, and system configuration standards.
• Respond to employee requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems with strong customer service.
• Participate in projects related to endpoint deployments, lifecycle management, and workplace tech improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
