Qualifications

• Comfortable managing software subscriptions and IT-related bills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general IT support for end users, including software/hardware installation.
• Manage the new hire onboarding process, including provisioning of devices.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, including laptops and peripherals.

Skills

Troubleshooting skills across Windows/MacOS

Familiarity with IT asset management best practices

Basic understanding of networking and VoIP systems
