Job summary

Clair Global in Lititz, PA is seeking an onsite Tier I IT support specialist to provide end-user assistance for applications, permissions, software, and hardware. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, install and repair printers, and support Windows OS and Office environments.

You will work with employees across all locations, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services while onboarding new users.

**This is an onsite position in the Lititz, PA office Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM ***

JOB SUMMARY:

Provide Tier I technical assistance and support for issues related to application permissions, software, and hardware.

QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE:

• Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
• Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Comprehension of basic networking architecture and troubleshooting
• Basic Active Directory knowledge

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
2. Work with employees across all company locations and departments to assess and respond to IT needs
3. Interact with hardware and software vendors to resolve user problems
4. Responsible for desktop configurations, imaging and providing maintenance of these systems
5. Document tickets, changes, and system configurations
6. Analyzes users' system problems and provide solutions
7. Onboarding new users
8. End user hardware deployment
