Job summary

FusionTek in Arlington, VA offers a paid IT internship focused on desktop and laptop support, operating system and application loading, and user configurations. You will learn and elevate cases in our tracking system while assisting clients both onsite and with the Service Delivery team and advanced technical staff.

Here's what you'll be doing!

• The primary focus of this position will be to learn and provide support of desktop and laptop systems, including break/fix service, operating system and application loading, application configurations and user settings, and desktop administrative duties.


• You'll record, track, and elevate cases through our already established tracking system as well as help keep our documentation up to date and in tip‑top shape.


• You'll get to be part of our team of friendly and knowledgeable people working directly with our clients, both remotely and onsite.


• You will be able to coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with our Service Delivery team members, as well as with our advanced technical team.


• This internship is based in-office, not remote or work from home. This internship is also a paid opportunity.

Requirements

Basic Technical Skills

• Foundational computer knowledge on Windows or Mac platforms

• Must be able to commute daily to our office located in Arlington, VA


• This is an in‑office internship (not remote)
