Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed IT-related degree or certificate.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 apps; ability to learn new tools and processes.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and administrative access with attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional site travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk requests via ticketing system; gather details and troubleshoot.
• Support Windows laptops/desktops, printers, phones, and conference room tech.
• Assist with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint; explain solutions clearly.
• Create, change, and disable Active Directory and Microsoft 365 accounts per procedures.
• Prepare and configure computers; update asset records; coordinate device reuse and decommission.
