Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in information technology, computer science, networking, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications; ability to learn new tools and processes.
Strong customer service, communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Provide front-line help desk support and assist with account administration and device management.
Assist with creating, changing, and disabling accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 per procedures.
Prepare and configure computers; assist with software deployments and device updates.
Document ticket notes, maintain hardware inventory, and support system rollouts and migrations.
Follow change, security, and safety procedures; protect confidential information.
