Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server environments.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration and support of enterprise technology systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, networking).
• Provide technical support to employees through the IT help desk for hardware, software, and access issues.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and device setup.
• Contribute to system upgrades, software deployments, and IT project initiatives.
• Monitor and document IT systems and SOPs to support operations and business continuity.
• Analyze help desk trends to identify opportunities for automation and improved user experience.
