Job summary

The Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District is seeking an Information Technology Internship to support day-to-day troubleshooting across multiple schools under the supervision of the Coordinator of Technology.

The intern will repair computers, printers, projectors, coordinate with vendors on warranty issues, assist staff with end-user errors, and track progress of tasks while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma. Candidate will be required to submit a BCI/FBI background check at their own expense if hired.
• Preferred Qualifications: Students attending a local college or university

Responsibilities

• Repairs broken computers, printers, projectors.
• Contacts vendors on warranty issues.
• Works with staff on end user errors.
• Tracks and updates status on work in progress.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
