Job summary

The Tech Solutions Coordinator at Cleveland State Community College coordinates and supports Co-Op and internship programs in collaboration with the Computer Information Technology instructors and performs related duties as assigned.

This on-site, part-time position coordinates daily Tech Solutions operations, provides student guidance and troubleshooting assistance, maintains documentation and inventory, and supports lab activities and scheduling for Careers Education.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of experience in systems administration or technical support.
• Experience with service desks and ticketing systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures in lab and classroom.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Tech Solutions operations and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Provide guidance to students and assist with troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Maintain documentation, inventory, and ticketing records.
• Assist in scheduling student/interns and advise on customer service and data management.
• Support Skills Lab planning and equipment inventory.
• Occasionally work in elevated or confined areas to access equipment.
